Programme

The 2025 International Nuclear Law Essentials (INLE) programme was conducted under the leadership of Paul Bowden, Honorary Professor of Law at the Nottingham Law School.

Comprehensive lectures were delivered by renowned specialists in nuclear law from international organisations, governments and private sector.

Application and admission process

Requirements

Applicants should have had at least one year of relevant professional experience and a basic understanding of law as it relates to nuclear energy.

Language

All lectures and discussions took place in English; all course materials were provided in English.

Registration fee

The registration fee for the 2025 programme was EUR 2 200. The registration fee was not subject to French taxes of any kind.

The registration fee included admission for the participant to:

  • the general lectures and discussion sessions;
  • social events, including a welcome reception and a group dinner.

Print and electronic reference materials were provided to INLE participants.

Costs associated with travel, accommodation, insurance, subsistence and similar expenses were not covered by the registration fee.

Venue

The INLE was held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France.

Dress code

The dress code during the programme was business casual.
