For an efficient organisation of the meeting we kindly request your help by respecting the procedure below.

Registration: Please register as soon as possible and in any case before 1 November 2004. Please make sure to indicate whether you intend to present a paper and if yes provide the title. This would greatly help in the preparation of the final agenda
Submission of papers: The JEF/DOCs will be put on the website as they become available. Furthermore, the preferred mode of presentation is by computer via a video projector. So please send us your presentation as soon as possible and in any case before 15 November 2004. This would allow us to check that your file displays correctly.
