Travelling information

Hotel information

The Hotel Best Western Le Galice is a 3-star hotel located near the centre of Aix-en-Provence. See www.hotel-galice-aix-en-provence.federal-hotel.com/page_en_1.html.

A limited number of rooms have been pre-booked for the JEFF meeting participants, on a first-come-first-served basis. When making your reservation, mention the "JEFF meeting" code to get the CEA specially negotiated rate (89.80 euros for a single room, breakfast and all taxes included).
Reservations can be made via the hotel web site or by phone to Sandrine at +33 4 42 527 515. The hotel has a free private parking garage.

It is recommended that you make your room reservation rapidly, as May is a busy period in and around Aix (Cannes festival, etc.)

Lunches

Arrangements have been made for luncheons at the hotel on May 22 and May 23 for the meeting participants. CEA will sponsor those two meals (fixed menus). IMPORTANT: interested participants should sign up in advance, by marking the appropriate boxes on the JEFF meeting registration form.
