Package-ID Orig.Computer Test Computer
NEA-1130/01 FACOM M-380 IBM 3083
3.
DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM OR FUNCTION - AIRGAMMA calculates quickly the external exposure to gamma rays from a radioactive cloud.
4.
METHOD OF SOLUTION - The external exposure is calculated by interpolating the normalized doses providing on the basis of the Gaussian plume model.
5.
RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROBLEM - Memory requirement is 30 Kbytes.
6.
TYPICAL RUNNING TIME - About 1.6 seconds are required to calculate the sample case on FACOM-M380.
