Generates the HYDMN (Thermal Hydraulics of Miniature Neutron Source Reactor, IAEA1377) 2-groups macroscopic cross sections library starting from a WIMSD4 output file. It shows graphically both all group constants distribution for a zone or a group constant distribution for all zones.
