3.
DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM OR FUNCTION - HOMO is an auxiliary program for mixing and converting cross sections generated with ANISN to ANISN/DOT format, when the ANISN condensation option is used.
4.
METHOD OF SOLUTION - 5.
RESTRICTIONS ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROBLEM - No restrictions on the number of energy groups or spatial regions are noted because the program uses the variable dimension technique.
6.
TYPICAL RUNNING TIME - It is strongly dependent of the particular case and hardware used. Due to the nature of the problem running time is irrelevant.
7.
UNUSUAL FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM - The technique of variable dimension is implemented.
8.
RELATED AND AUXILIARY PROGRAMS - ANISN, DOT. 9.
STATUS 10.
REFERENCES - 11.
MACHINE REQUIREMENTS - It needs several logical units including an ANISN/DOT cross section and flux output from the condensation option and input, output files. The computer console must be assigned as unit 5.

IAEA1253/02:
The program was installed by NEA-DB on both a VAX 6000-510 and a DELL 466/L PC/80486 with 66 MHz and 12 Mbytes of RAM.
IAEA1253/02: FORTRAN-77
IAEA1253/02:
The program was compiled and executed by NEA-DB on the VAX-6000 using the FORTRAN-77 compiler version 5.5-98 running under VMS version 5.5-2. On the PC, the NDP FORTRAN-486 compiler version 4.40 DOS (10/1/93) running under MS-DOS version 6.2. was used
code has an option to work in non-interactive mode, from a previous interactive run.
NOTE: The standard version of HOMO program is in Spanish. Interested users can obtain a registered copy of the program with all prompts given in English.
